I asked today and I was told that it has been put on hold at the moment, apparently there reevaluating the figures because the amount of people who have had enough and left the business has drastically changed the original amount needed to go, that’s what I was told but trust a COM at your peril ( I say )

It needs to be signed off by January 31st or you lose the £6000 incentive bonus.

Thought they wanted papers signed before 31st January it said? Probably all just a scam anyway.

My guess is never.

They'll just go straight for compulsory redundancies on statutory minimum.

We were told no VR in the Leeds area
If they can’t accept VR then surely they could not make a case for compulsory?
My understanding is that VR & CR have significantly different payouts, being that CR you get considerably less. I think (please check for your own piece of mind) that's it's approx 9weeks worth of pay rather than VR offer which was 9 months payout with xtra 6k if applied via peeps app before 27th Nov'

What I was trying to say is if an office or indeed an individual where told that VR was not available in that office , then how can an employer make a case for CR , even RM have to follow guidelines and they are quite strict for CR .

Meanwhile, while you wait and wait and wait for a pot of gold that will be as hard as winning the lottery, the better outside jobs get filled.

They're really dangling everyone by the plums on this one!

Well they need to show they've done CR in a fair way.

If you've expressed an interest in redundancy, they could argue it's fair to make you redundant first.
