we do not have cover on our day off and strike on Friday.... so not sure we'll clear backlog especially when they prioritise tracked. They don't care about the 10 days worth of mail that hasn't gone out yet and is still in the frame.

Hope your right cos this can’t go on much longer for anyones sake, hopefully the media focus will make something happen, but I’m not convinced as Thompson doesn’t seem to care, he must have the backing of the board and seemingly couldn’t care less for the mere worker who might be struggling while he pockets 62k a month

No business can sustain long term disruption like this. Shareholders will not allow him to not care less. He answers to them, he literally gave them all the profits we earned. He can't just ignore this, n I can't see us backing down any time soon.

Chaos! nearly all 31 walks didn’t complete and 5 not touched including tracked! 2 agency guys who have only been here 3 days when tout together and apparently took 7 hours and only did one walk and tracked between them and brought 8 bags of mail back! But apparently this is the future and the answer to lack of permanent staff, well good luck to them
Because it’s not working and costing an absolute fortune, an absolute shambles of a company
