Re: Attacks from Management
Maybe ill tempered employees of SeaWorld?
Think you meant to say seals in reference to the practice employed, either previously or currently or both, by indigenous peoples in the far northern reaches of the planet. Such as the Inuit people of Canada.

Re: Attacks from Management
Must admit, the managers in our office at the moment are good (yes they do exist). Easy to get on with, use common sense and reasonable when things go tits up etc, dont screw people over.
My guess is they will hate to obey Oppenfuhrer Thompson's orders to start cracking heads. So we'll no doubt end up with some psychos getting installed from above.

A lot of managers can see what happens to us will happen to them they some do the intelligent ones see this. But others don't I will not elaborate on their mental capacity or what small part of town they are from!sindba wrote: ↑03 Dec 2022, 16:56Must admit, the managers in our office at the moment are good (yes they do exist). Not really the same as clubbing seals and definitely not sealions.

Re: Attacks from Management
Think Lions Club International are pro lions, either sea or land, and would not recommend clubbing any of them.

Is a walrus a sealion or a walrus? Either way I don't fancy trying to club one! They are as you intimate with the weight, big buggers and can be quite aggressive when approached, particularly so if you are wielding a club I would imagine!
I don't think Clash was doing anything other than having a laugh. I thought it was funny....hence my reply.
Let's not have any falling out between ourselves. What's a couple of sealions between friends...as they say.

Have you been asked to return to work on Monday?Bob Cooney wrote: ↑03 Dec 2022, 09:30Just been suspended for trying to represent a member who complained of harrassment at end of their shift and was held back after her time for bringing 7 packets back from a DPR duty and accused of not following the cut off procedure blah blah
That has now turned into intimidation and disrespectful behaviour by a CWU rep by management and im sure it will end in dismissal though Divsional reps are aware it will no doubt end up an ET.
Very surprised if you have actually been officially suspended and this is not a cooling off period.
