Mail left in today - Saturday

Post by Phantom »

Nearly every walk was left in today, that's folk not having a mail delivery since Tuesday now, loads of NHS letters not gone out.
Parcel only days and with the look of it Monday and all of next week will be the same.
CUT OFF!!!

What’s stopping you taking the letters out if you’re that concerned

I do not work for free. over 200 properties worth of mail sitting in the frame today, and each day that number increases.

Fairly certain anyone can be concerned without taking action. Its really not difficult. I would think most people will have done this at some point in their life.
Nothing wrong with being concerned about NHS letters not being delivered either. Or even delivering them, along with the tracked parcel if you are going to that address and the letter is already in your frame anyway.

We were swamped in our DO with parcels/packets it would be virtually impossible to deliver everything, I guess if you're looking blame somebody then it's our fault for striking for 2 days!!

Same.

I did my best to prioritise important looking stuff on my round - NHS letters, bank cards etc. But there's only so much you can do. Loads undelivered.

Parcel only day for us in our DO.

It’s fine though - we will carry on doing what the manager asks us to do. Take a break, work until time, you know the drill.
No stress at our place whatsoever, (at least regarding workloads etc), it’s become second-nature to everyone.

It’s not our problem, and it’s not any of your problems.

It’s Royal Mail’s colossal problem.
