Unite are basically telling managers not to do anything other than their contractual duty, no more postie work then?

My manager was out delivering yesterday and again today.And yes he is in unite.

I think we can all take that letter with a pinch of salt. The managers can, and will when it suits them, do whatever they need to do.

I was wondering why our manager was so interested in whether I and my colleagues were applying for VR.
Now I know.
He's been going around asking everyone and reminding people to make sure they apply in time.
And there's me thinking it was because he cared for our welfare and happiness.
I'm far too naive at times.
