OBA - slow and keeps crashing - Am I the only one?

Post by robmob »

I am at my wits end. We are a small business fighting to make a living and heavily reliant on RM. We got a phone call last year advising we were being switch from Epro to OBA. Fine - I have nothing against advancement if they have made improvements.

Improvements - ha!

With absolute regularity when we are about to finish entering the days postings the system crashes and we have to start over. We are easily wasting a few hours a week and sure enough it has just happened again - the third time this week.

I phoned to complain last week and was advised it was a problem between Internet Explorer and the internet and nothing to do with OBA. Laughable. Surely most users are using via IE and thus I would imagine I am not the only one.

Would love to hear of other users experiences.

Give the knobs a call.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
