Strike whilst on night shift
On nights from now until Christmas Eve. My question is, when we strike Wed and Thurs 04:00-04:00am How does my midnight-08:00 shift pan out? As I understand I start my midnight- 08:00 Wed and have to finish my shift then off Wed night but what is my start time for my Thursday night into Friday morning?

You work full shift tonight, don’t attend at all Wednesday and Thursday night (I guess technically Thursday and Friday morning if you start at midnight) and back to work normal time Friday night (Saturday morning)
