Re: Clarity on sick stages
Stage one will be triggered with 4 separate absences or 14 days total.
If you are off Monday,Tuesday,Weds Thursday return to Friday that would be classed as one absence.
Important to remember Non working days are also counted as sick leave.
Ie if you’ve taken a full week off Sunday would be counted even though you never Sundays.

Re: Clarity on sick stages
I think it is 14 days off. Which was not previously the case. So I you take a week off, after 6 months you should be OK if you take 6 days off, then after 6 months you can take 7 days off.
