Had one mouthing off today about what a great Xmas they were going to have this year. Starting to crumble here, very sad. I'm losing people to talk to to.

We've had 3 go in every time 1 non union. This week joined by 6 others the rest are wondering about after xmas when RM won't give a flying fook if we strike or not. BTW still got 90% of the office out.

Nice to see bullying and harassment between posties as well as manager to postie.....just what management want, us turning on our fellow workers.

Relatively new so have to do Sunday's but shocked to see some posties in today at my depo who have never done a Sunday segging and sorting mail/packets to help reduce the backlog, don't get that one bit personally. Also begs the question to those who are after extra hours(not many at present granted) are fobbed off with no budget line yet management paying out Sunday rates to clear some of the backlog.
