Working foremen,massive rumour can't wait £60 extra a week to do the overtime and rotas it's happened in retail delivery centres (dpd amazon)etc and they all muck in with delivery bring it on

I know of a D.O. where this currently happens. Postie made up to supervisor, basically has to jump on any section that needs help, make sure everything's covered. gets a pay supplement but not sure how much.
All that stress when they could probably earn more doing a bit of stress free overtime.
