Anybody got this ?! It’s really pissed me off and I could barely talk to him today. So pissed off.

When I started years ago I was told the ones I wasn’t to talk to. When I ask why, I was told because they crossed our picket line.

We’ve got people in my office laughing and joking with a strike breaker like nothing ever happened , you couldn’t make it up , I keep my distance and don’t get involved.

Surely we should all be able to choose wether we want to continue supporting IA or not without being singled out.
This is the first time that I’ve ever been in a Union and am shocked at the level of verbal abuse being aimed at strike breakers.

My whole place is scabbing. All seems a bit of a laugh to them. They all strike when weather was nice and it all seemed ok but now we’re getting to the really serious part they’re all going to break the strike with no questions asked. Probably my worst day as a postie. Think I’m gonna go sick can’t take it anymore.

Great another manager on here.
How is he another manager? (Breaking one of the rules of the site but never mind eh)
Shouldn't anyone be able to go to work without the fear of being bullied?
Isn't that what our trade union believes?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I've refused to work with one. Feel so strongly about it.

It does get u down when people come in when where on strike, let’s see who got the balls now it’s getting complicated, if people want to come into work that’s up to them, I speak to them if they speak to me, but don’t go out of the way to speak to them, the person who started the thread just be careful I was reported a few years ago by a scapp. What does get me down is when all this is over these people who come in will expect the union reps to back them up when things go wrong, seen It so many times.

With the union being so flimsy it’s hard to make a case, I’d considered talking picket line breakers into striking but I’ve no confidence it’s in their best interest

I thought we were at a work place and we are adults not school children in infants school. Get a grip it's the 21st century we should be aloud to make our own decisions without children threatening not to speak to you if you don't do what they want. Nobody really knows anyone's personal situations and why the may not want to strike and the decision to either strike or not should be not necessarily respected but certainly accepted by all parties.

My 7 year old neice acts more mature than alot of people on here
