My parents posted some stuff down their local post office Monday, normally it's quite busy there with at least half a dozen people in the queue, they were AFAIK the only ones posting stuff. The cost of living crisis is really starting to bite now, can't see Xmas pressure being anywhere near as busy as it normally is

Most likely the obsession with getting everything by mail order won't change just customers will order cheaper items.
