How do you contact HR

A friend of mine has left the business, they need to contact HR with a question about their pay, Everything now say's talk to your manager or send a message via the People app, they no longer have access to the App and the manager isn't interested.

Is there a phone number or email address? Happy if someone can send me it directly so as not to put it on a public forum.

This is the $64 question!

The number on the payslip never gets answered. I was aways under the impression that our managers had a different number, some hotline if you will.

But no, ours use the same number and and spend days trying to sort the simplest of queries, in between drinking coffee, doing Greggs runs and plotting on how to interpret Simon's latest deranged ramblings for their own ends.

I rang HR after managers said they couldn't correct my pay after leaving,HR pinged the managers an email and it was sorted out. The HR person i spoke to was helpful and professional, but i had to wait 40mins for someone to answer.

There isn’t one. If urgent phone, if not use the App. That’s what I’ve been told.

It's the phone number I want, the ex employee no longer has access via the app and there is no email address.
