A friend on mine who works in the media has told me that reporters have been disguising themselves as agency workers to find out the facts behind deiivery office delays and staffing levels. About time, hopefully now the public will get the truth.

I'll believe when I see it most of the media cosy up to the tories, and couldn't give a monkey about RM, BT, the railways or anyone else,

Wayne Rooney knocking off some old dear, or some celeb caught powering their nose is far more news worthy, and besides if it's in the paper tomorrow, you'll be eating your chips off it on Saturday!

On a more serious note, would love to see Thompson's reaction if someone like Panorama did an undercover job on RM - I seem to remember someone did something similar on working conditions at Amazon quite a few years ago ..

On a more serious note, would love to see Thompson's reaction if someone like Panorama did an undercover job on RM - I seem to remember someone did something similar on working conditions at Amazon quite a few years ago ..

I believe channel four did one a bit back, the slant was that posties were thieves

I had a few letters on my delivery today that were stamps that people had ordered, presumably getting ready for Xmas cards. That, plus quite a high number of birthday cards this week, really made me think about how absolutely shocking it is that Royal Mail are not only still selling “first class”! stamps but even increased the price by 10% this year!!!

The number of walks being left in for days at a time is just crazy and it blows my mind that the company is not being challenged on this!!

That’s the problem with Panorama, similar to our union they sometimes fail to get their point across. I can just imagine them going for a big undercover reveal and then end up talking about us dropping elastic bands on the floor.
