still a very limited amount of overtime here, (depends who you know......)
walks failing left right and centre due to sending out duty holders and reserves to other offices, quite a few leaving whole duty plus some off another even if 2 staff on it, agency staff still strolling about costing triple or more the cost for the work they do

congratulations rmg or whoever we work for now, you have proved the cwu wrong yet again in saying that an overtime ban won't work :left:
i know i shouldn't be laughing and it won't last, but now leaving a full duty in every day has made the job easier when they are trying to hit us
it has really become quite comical, lets send the duty holder away to deliver 20 parcels elsewhere failing a full duty and causing a backlog where not even the overtime kings are allowed to touch
you simply cannot write this stuff but i can enjoy an extra beer because i'm the non driver and know i've only half of a duty to deliver tomorrow

Busy busy. Managed to get back on time even with lapsing. On a 25 hr contract so able to book the difference between the 5 hour up to the p/t finishing time which averages out at 60 to 90 minutes.
We`ve got three agency , although the one who started on Monday rang in sick today. The overtime ban is a spiteful attempt by Slymon to break the strike, it`s so transparent. It`s not making any difference to me personally, just serving to harden my resolve on the picket line.
