if it's a warning it stays on your record for one year.
A serious Warning stays on your record for 1 or 2 years but can be upto 3 years for dishonesty.
Dismissal or action short of dismissal: A major penalty or repeated penalties may lead to dismissal
with or without notice or action short of dismissal, e.g. suspended dismissal for between one and two
years (up to three years for dishonesty). Suspended dismissal may also include a transfer within or
outside your area.

Also .
Repeated breaches of the policy
Where an employee has a number of
misconduct cases upheld, it may be necessary
to take more severe action than a particular
breach of conduct calls for by itself. For
example, someone who has a number of
current serious warnings may face dismissal.
In such cases, when the person is invited to
the conduct meeting to deal with the latest
breach, the invitation letter will make it clear
what conduct penalty is being considered
and that this is because of the number of
previous penalties. However, this is not an
automatic reason for more severe action
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

As many times as the gaffer wants to bring the up.
Just remind them if applicable you did nothing wrong and what a pathetic individual she or he is.
