Told this morning no overtime in our DO, only if you work your rest day, absolute joke, proper busy. going to be bringing quite a few bundles back tomorrow!
Rather just clear it than alternating failures, but whatever, at least I can actually finish on time (I hardly ever cut off)
Same in ours, no booking for going over or covering other walks

Fridays statement treated with contempt by senior management and continued restrictions applied on OT at our MC. Another example of bad faith. You cannot trust them. Good luck Dave!

Not sure what's going on. Totally reneges on the joint statement announcement. Still only limited ot at our place and a few regular day off workers being taken off working them and replaced with agency. Definitely a show of bad faith.

Well, there has been a plethora of posts on this forum, re' the union balloting for O/T bans etc and here we are with RM actually doing it for us.

It's no skin of my nose, I always cut off anyway & have done for some time now.

Let them, (RM management) get on with it & 'suck it up' as was the great phrase used by our ol mate Terry P :dance

Your forgetting hired vans, which dont come cheap. The morale in the office has sunk to an all time low. All staff are not going that extra mile this xmas. Especially with everything that we've been through, eh TEAM :Sick

Went out with a fellow p/t reserve today. Busy Wednesday as usual and there was no way we going to prep and get back in 5 hours. DOM said there was still an overtime ban, so we made sure we had our break, and brought a loop each back. No way I`m doing anything for this company for free. Agency staff started this week, but RM are skint aren`t they?

Oh yeah. Almost forgot. We brought a loop back because we had taken lapsing earlier.
