Well the issue will not go away however long you stay at home, but your wages will eventually disappear.

Sounds like you only have two options: 1. contact RM to sort it out, or 2. Leave the company.

Not saying this is the case here but all too often staff who intend to leave anyway will take full advantage of the current very generous and far too open to abuse sick leave policy... and simply go off on long term sick for as long as they can get away with it before handing their notice in just as they intended to do all along.

After 12 months of service = full rate sick pay for the first six months, followed by half rate.
Full rate will be paid for a maximum of 6 months in any calendar year. Further periods will be paid at half rate. However, there will be no pay when your absence totals 12 months or more (with or without pay) in any four year period.

I have been on Sick leave since late Jan 2022, mainly due to Work Related Stress , l have received my Full Wage for 28wks & since then 1/2 pay for approx 10wks. Today 21/10/22 my pay slip is a Zero (No pay) Is this RM normal sick procedure/ policy 🤔
Blimey, what kind of job do you have that is so stressful and demanding that you need to take approaching a full year off work due to the stress it causes you?
Was thinking the same. Maybe you need to look at getting a different job.

Loads do it, usually with stress as it's hard to disprove rather than a physical problem. It's very abused, so much so that if you actually are stressed by something, family member death in my case, I felt like a fraud for having a few weeks out of work. If it is work related they really should say after a month to settle down, have measures to get you back to work and sort the problem out and if it can't be sorted out (which is in the business best interest as well as the person suffering) then the only alternative is for the person to take themselves away from the stress and find another job where they'd be happy instead of festering at home.

Has the management changed? could you get a transfer? I am afraid too say the max 6 months full pay and 12 months half pay but it depends on your record of sick it is averaged over six years. Sorry that you are not paid anymore you could one sue RM or take universal credit this is bad for you I know but if I were you start building bridges fast. Thing is you don't have to work under that manager if you transfer or different section not having a go it is up to you and you alone what you decide is right for you only giving options here not telling you what to do!
