I would doubt many are coming to work and “giving their all” after the despicable way employees are being treated, everyone just seems depressed, hard to give 100% in that environment.

Can you sort and talk? Does that suggest management think we can do much more by keeping silent?

Got pulled up for so called dead time or wasted time. The manager said I wasted 15 minutes.

My reply was I had to wait at a three way traffic light system and had to get a signature in a shop which I was in a queue.

This job is becoming a joke, especially if a manager is asking questions to its staff that dont get paid enough for all the crap we have to deal with on a daily basis. Best saying nothing than something.

I got told I'd "wasted a day" when I got sent out on an unprepped walk I'd never seen before with 3 days mail. Manager asked why I'd been "so late getting out" after literally demanding I prep the whole damn thing and shrugging when I asked if anyone had the access codes for the walk. They're really throwing their weight around

You beat me to that...lol give it to everyone else except me. Can’t believe anyone would help give themselves more work so they save a few quid.

Watch your backs everyone !. Off topic ... Two staff pulled in by manager for not taking lapse and then being found off route. It just shows that they are turning the screws even more now. Nothing done about it but he could have disciplined them couldn't he ?. Hopefully this will remind us all that they will be monitoring all pda activity closer than ever. Be warned big brother is watching you closer than ever!.
