if we do a ⅓ walk extra we get 2 hours
½ walk extra is 3 hours..⅔ is 4 hrs and doubling up is 6 hours..I.heard they are stopping this from tomorrow and there will be clocking in and out..Will this stop in every office?

Wouldn't post where you're from, mate. As for your question it seems very unit specific and as it's technically against the rules anyway I doubt you'll get an official answer.

We’ve been told from today you get paid for the hours you work so if you do half a walk and it takes you 1 hour you get 1 hour if it takes you 4 hours you get 4 hours though I don’t know what would happen it you took half a walk and came back 10 hours later maybe the would question it

Job wouldn’t be worth doing without a little bit of inflated overtime here and there. The managers will still make their deals as people won’t fancy going out with an extra 2 bags for £8 after tax. Think this is all part of RM’s ludicrous ‘overtime ban’ limited overtime scheme they have imposed to punish us for taking strike action.

Cant imagine “ghosting” will stop- and not sure if i think it should or not.

Today was first day of SISO and just before i clocked out bang on time, i noticed on the overtime sheet someone had signed for 1.5 hours extended delivery . . . and he was clocking out in front of me 😂

I guess it's still got to approved by the area manager, or whoever is doing the overall control, if discrepancies in the hours are being flagged up, if they aren't then you do wonder why the company's gone to the expense of rolling out SISO.

If your colleague does that all week then he could potentially face a conduct charge for not working the 7.5 hrs o/t he's claimed, if he does what excuse will use?

If you read the national agreement on SISO, it actually says pre-agreed o/t will not be counted on the hours logged. So effectively ghost overtime can and will continue. Funnily enough with RM's and the union blessing.

Although with an o/t cap in force, there's not enough hours to spend anyway. Just fail it.

The company is becoming a clown show, if it ain't already.
