docked 2 days pay

Is everyone in the same boat? Docked 2 days strike pay in this weeks payslip. Even people on leave or whose day off it was also docked pay.
What are the company up to. Our manager was saying 'he was just following orders' and that it was the unions fault.

Same at our place, taken this weeks strike day(TUES) from last weeks wage.

My day off last week was strike day, and been stopped a days money. This is not on. Will be having words with managers tomorrow.

I only got the one day taken off as expected. Why would different offices take two days off? The manager would be to blame wouldn't s/he?

For me, some weeks they don't take it off, others they take double. Haven't seen this week's yet but my rest day was strike day last week, so I'll see.

Due to wages being made up at 12 on the tue
Should we not insist on any overtime worked on the mon and tue am to be included in same weeks pay

We’ve only been docked one day. I guess your manager has input this weeks pay abatements early onto PSP before this weeks payroll was run on Tuesday.

Does it depend on who your manager is and what sector you are in ? Lot of blame on payroll or 'i was told to do it'. It is a tactic, it is underhand, and it is pretty shity.

Wee were always told 12 o'clock Monday was cut off point I think the union should be looking in to this to see if its illegal that they have changed there cut off point just because off us striking
