the problem with ordering stock from "swindon stores" or "ariba" (did you mean ARUBA in the carribean where i had my honeymoon!) whatever that is. 15 years a go we had a dom, a lino or two, and an almost ocd clerk, (dont know his official job description) now we have one manager, who used to be a cover manager on his own bless him. most of the redirection work, mail retention, in flight, customer collections, kill offs, missorts, walk logs (ha ha) and all the other s*it has been put on callers office staff, who have throw back in posties cut off's because the manager says "take it all out and see how you get on !" any spare time, door to doors need going into 15,18,and 22. when the customer bell rings. who is left to order s**t from aruba (joke)
