I think it is time - to explain - on a 1-2-1 face to face basis - exactly what the change is - that we need to win - and what the specific asks are - of each member of the team - more to come, soon....
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

He must be doing what the major shareholders want or he would have been gone think they are making a massive error sack him now and get back to growing the company around our letter delivery getting the DSA mail back or at least charging a price that works for us.

what are the CWU asking for? I have never been told - so you know? I think the tweet yesterday said - ‘an inflationary pay increase over two years’ - I thought we had moved on from that stance - it sounded like a ‘no strings inflationary pay increase again….’

we are very close now - to all offices being clear and back on top - a big thank you to the frontline teams and the managers that have worked so hard together - to get us back to where we all want to be.
