IHR, is it no longer available

Seen a few posts on here saying IHR is no longer available can anyone confirm if that is the case.

It still exists but I suspect it'll be harder to get.

Going forward, RM want to reduce the terms for IHR as part of their plans, as it costs them quite a lot of money.

Ihr is 34 weeks plus pilon if you have done more than 12 yrs its then 46 week's pay plus any outstanding leave.

it's one of the the things they want rid of as part of there grand plans. which in a job like this is pretty poor when your body is getting worn out daily
