His any one going through Iill health retirement and finding it difficult to get. Even though you have a brilliant report from oh assist and your GP. If anyone has any advice.

Mate going through IHR, been told there's currently no money available so in limbo. Just another cheap attack on our employment conditions.

I am in limbo too. I just need to get out. Its made me ill. after 23 years. I have had my fill. Surely they can't refuse . The company want people to leave. Pay us and we will leave. Simple. :sad:

Don’t leave empty handed mate
Why should you,how RM have treated employees
There asking for it,get yourself off with depression/stress
Get a doctors note can actually do it on line now days
They will pay you 6 month full-6 month half
With in that period they will offer you pay off
£19.000 I’ll health retirement
Only reason I’m not doing it not quite enough for me
