Re: Siso
It's not attached to pay ... yet. But your COMDOM will be watching and a lot more lapsing will be coming his wayHi does anyone know if Siso is live especially with the wages department. A guy in our office regularly scans out up to 10 mins early and reckons he doesn't get docked any money .

Re: Siso
He won't lose any money off his contracted hours for finishing early. They will however penalise any pressure / excess overtime. They started doing that with us months ago. 10 minutes is unlikely to flag any issues though. We have been told that if we sign out early and there is any mail left in the building we'll be getting a beating.
I'm turning purple!

Re: Siso
It's not linked to wages, but anybody hanging around til their time to sign out isn't kidding anybody either. We've been told those above are picking up that people are finishing early, because of pda actuals. If your pda is showing your at the depot ages before finish it doesn't matter what time you clock out on the pda.

Re: Siso
Hmmm There's a few doing that at our depot. I do wonder when those who are signing out an hour or so before their time and being dropped off at home will get picked up on
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

I expect they will eventually. The person dropping them off might get in trouble for going off routepostslippete wrote: ↑22 Aug 2023, 18:36

Surely the obvious thing is to stop the PDA from having a sign out feature and only have a dedicated clocking off system back in the office?
Nowt worse than having to work with someone who holds a grudge because you didn't drop him off near the pub so he can a have a cup of tea before his shift finishes.
