If you are in ill health and In pension plan c.does the 34 week pay plus pilon still apply for ihr. 16 yr service

Depends if you have accrued enough. Your get a years leave based on the assumption that you will be there for the full year. If you leave before the year is up, you are not entitled to a full years leave. It's roughly 2.5 days leave earned per month.
