Looks like I may have to finish if I can’t get ill health retirement ,how long would it take to get my pension sorted out

If you have a medical condition that prevents you from doing your role, and RM cant find you a suitable alternative, why wouldnt you get IHR?

Mail centre has been mentioned but I have working outside for the last 35 years on delivery don't think I could stand it being indoors

What does this mean, you been recommended by your manager? Whats the process involved? You reckon you will get it?
