Same old same old waffle.
Two weeks in, the same old RM managers will just say "yeah whatever" to all the rhetorical questions and just tick the relevant boxes as required.

Every shift uses loads of casuals each day, so it shows that we don't have enough proper RM staff. RM should be offering contracts to the regular casuals.

The last time they tried to recruit the regular casuals it was at the new contract pay rate, so no-one was interested.After three rounds of recruitment they finally managed to fill ten positions.
