OK I've wasted enough of my day off searching online so I thought I'd come straight to the fount of all wisdom.
Granny Smith couldn't exchange her old stamps, and is owed a considerable amount of cash. In the way of the older genration she'd like to write to the CEO to complain. In the way of Big Business they make it VERY difficult to do so.
I've had a trawl through the world of google but most sites still have ST listed

So with Simon Thompson officially ending his tenure on 31st October you would think an announcement for his replacement is imminent. When that is confirmed expect he or she to adopt their mark on how the business should progress.
This is one of those questions where if you asked 10 different posties you would probably get 10 different answers....
If it's a complaint then it should be referred to customer services. So in writing a letter, how about: CEO of Royal Mail, Freepost ROYAL MAIL CUSTOMER SERVICES??
