I thought all the loops were the same so the driver does as much as the walking man I am a driver my partner isn't but if I am back at the van before him I will go and look for him vis versa also we do all the large pkts together you have to work as a team
If all loops were designed to be the same letterwise, when was the driver supposed to do the oversized?
In many offices, mine included, when park and loop came in the passenger loops had more delivery points/longer duration and the drivers shorter in order for them to have time to do the oversized for each loop
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

As a rough guide, the walker loop should be 5-10 minutes longer than the driver loop. That gives the driver the time to deliver the oversized packets. Royal Mail based this is on everyone walking at exactly the same speed, the loops always having the same number of oversized every day and the workload being the same every day.

RM is so weird, Van's not having 2 sets of keys, when it's a shared van!! I've been on a shared duty since they started, 2010? Was it a bit earlier? Any hoo, we always had 2 sets of keys
There isn’t a spare set for our van share but anywho, my work partner would sulk for a week if I drove the van while we were out. He’s probably hidden the spare key.
I dont drive, but having a key seems essential to me so I can pick up my next loop from the van, or just have 2 minutes if its pissin doon
Mine’s quite content for me to stand in the rain
Is there a difference between standing in the rain and delivering in the rain
