we currently have a failing p&l revision in our office with massive fails everyday from nearly everyone. dom now telling rep that he has agreed to the jobs & that they are going to start testing people to see if they are up to standard &if they are not they will be told they do not reach the required standards. basically blaming us for jobs that are impossible to complete in the time we have, what can they do if we do not meet the standards?? could we lose our job?? its crazy cz its not our fault but the jobs are just way to big! any info on this would really help as i can see bulling going to another level. :nervous
Good to see how RM have moved on in the last 12years, nothing like this would even be considered by RM these days :Very Happy

What we need is some type of performance app so the managers can measure where you are going wrong 😑

Wonder what happened to Halfull 🤔

I know it's getting near Halloween, the pumpkins are appearing on doorsteps and the Ring doorbell chimes have gone
into 'Spooky' mood but there's no need for you to resurrect yet another thread from the dead! Start a new thread for
heaven's sake if you want to start a relevant discussion.

What standards would those be halfull?
I see no agreed standards other than the 1 minute test.
I'm sure you can pass that.
Anything else is just made up bollocks. :cuppa
Bang on, while I was at Royal Mail one manager in particular tested me on everything possible, even sorting parcels, he walk tested me 3 times, taking photos of me using lwt to deliver 3 bundles and nothing ever happened for like Fishtank say's there was no standards, think about it, how could they test a 18 year old lad to a 64 year old to a set standard?
For we were soldiers once, and young

Anyone can pass the 1 minute test with their eyes closed. It doesn't check for accuracy.
