I think the message is: no-one will be able to do the job that long henceforth. Maybe they'll improve the 10 year service award in newfound recognition of the superhuman physical endurance required to last a decade.

How long should the extra weeks leave take to be added? I would have thought the day after you've done 20 years.

I used to pay for the full 6 weeks leave, I'm pretty sure when I passed 20 years the deduction stopped, so part way through the leave year if that's any help, if not what about checking on the people app I'd assume it should be an automatic adjustment rather than something your manager should do but cba.

By doing ot regulary was able to knock a few yrs off my mortgage an at least 1 holiday a year in the sunshine.an kept my wee house in good order.ot not for everyone but it does help.

Why bother ? Same as anyone else who works. Pay the mortgage, bills holidays and get a pension . What do you expect ? A knighthood?

I hate to be positive but from a council estate with £50 in my pocket to owning a house in one of the countries most expensive cities all by doing OT. Yes it was tough but I'm not one who thinks he is entitled and owed a living.

Just got £200 voucher for 40 years. Does anybody know how long the digital voucher takes to come through? I ordered it Monday and still noting in my emails. I ve checked my spam and junk but definitly not got anything
