It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

what are the CWU asking for? I have never been told - so you know? I think the tweet yesterday said - ‘an inflationary pay increase over two years’ - I thought we had moved on from that stance - it sounded like a ‘no strings inflationary pay increase again….’

we are very close now - to all offices being clear and back on top - a big thank you to the frontline teams and the managers that have worked so hard together - to get us back to where we all want to be.
