Full staff of office for last few weeks Whats the point of that all of a sudden if there are gonna be redundancies!?

That's two quarterly reports away! You have to think about this quarter. About money pocketed this quarter. You'll never run the company into the ground with that attitude.

5 out of 6 new starters have left, including one who did a cracking job over Christmas and we should have been looking to keep.
She left as she was fed up with being messed about.
In contrast they are bending over backwards to keep the one remaining new starter who i think has always struggled to find employment so he will stay until pushed.
With the best will in the world though ,he is doing about half of what would normally be expected.

We know that it pays to be useless in this job
