So where the fxxk are the reps. That's not the order of employment agreements within RM. I've just got 6 temps made up to full time because they were doing work of full time staff because they were cheaper. But they were needed long term, so there was no reason to keep them on temp/ casual terms with all the stress of not knowing one day to the next how many hours you work and how much you will earn this month. Sad but true about 48% of clerical staff at the DWP are on universal credit/ working tax credits.
