Ok...who is it!

Team - I have been asked a lot, if it is possible - to work in an alternative unit on industrial action days - the answer is yes - please speak to your COM - they will arrange it for you.
This will be included in a WTLL session - next week….

Team - I have been asked a lot about picket lines - here are the BEIS guidelines - points 12 to 16 & 29 to 35 are worth reading.
**IMPORTANT** - whether you are on the picket line are not - can we all please remember everyone is part of our team - you will all be working together again soon.
People have the right to lawfully strike, lawfully picket & also come to work if they wish.
I have already received a number of notes from members of the team, suggesting they are being harassed to strike - this is not acceptable - if anything makes you feel uncomfortable - please let your manager know.
We also have the right to request people do not cross a picket line.
Perhaps remind your managers of that ahead of time before they start threatening “the team” with disciplinary measures.

Team - Who is asking Simon if they can break strike at another office? Smells like BS.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

A message from Zareena Brown on reported posts

As part of our ‘It’s not ok…’ campaign to improve behaviours on Workplace, we will be responding quickly to any inappropriate posts that are ‘reported’. Many of you are finding some unprofessional posts offensive.

Given the volume of unfortunate content at the moment, we are following a slightly different process on strike days.

Rather than contacting you first, on strike days we will be removing ‘reported content’ from the site immediately if they contravene our social media guidelines and business standards.

We will then follow up as usual in the coming days to explain why they have been reported and let you know what the next steps are.

"Many of you are finding some unprofessional posts offensive"

The majority of Super Si's posts are extremely unprofessional, but somehow I don't think she means him.
