It's beyond parody , we have a 7.10 start on a Saturday, when I got in, on time, I was the last to come in , all walks thrown off except the one I double prep , and the belated pair.LouBarlow wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 07:30In my experience, new starters are starting early and cutting corners just like any other ‘veteran’ postie. Apparently we’re all just getting paid for the hours we work soon. Will be a lot of unhappy managers when the tracked packets pile up.Barnacle wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 07:13The overtime ghosters need to pack it in too.mafiaman wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 07:06Will be more than that next year if people don't start doing the job correctly.using small trolleys, going all the way round with hct.starting on time and not before.not working one minute into there break. don't nest rush about.cant t think of anything else sure there is

Problem is with most of the office doing it to get back on time, then who wants to be the odd one out by either not competing or going over?LouBarlow wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 07:30In my experience, new starters are starting early and cutting corners just like any other ‘veteran’ postie. And I really hope that usual clause for the ghost of unless a fixed amount has been agreed with a manager has been removed as well.

I hope it’s true too. Absolute fools. When they suddenly aren’t being paid double to simply finish at the same time as everyone else, they’ll begin to grasp why they are so annoying.

Re: 1000 redundancies
It was only a matter of time before it got brought in. It'll piss off those who take part of their break at the end of the shift as they'll then have to stay in the office until their official finish time.kazardaimenu wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 10:58Manager saying pay will be linked directly to SISO later this year…

Re: 1000 redundancies
You can still take half your break at the end of shift just not the whole break.

Re: 1000 redundancies
You'll need to physically be in the office to scan out at your official finish time when pay gets linked to SISO otherwise you're going to loose half however long the break last in paykazardaimenu wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 11:43You can still take half your break at the end of shift just not the whole break.

You wont. It is literally built into the offices work plan and accounted for if thats the arrangement.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 12:45You'll need to physically be in the office to scan out at your official finish time when pay gets linked to SISO otherwise you're going to loose half however long the break last in paykazardaimenu wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 11:43You can still take half your break at the end of shift just not the whole break.

The dashboard for siso has a meal break toggle, it's accounted for.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 12:45You'll need to physically be in the office to scan out at your official finish time when pay gets linked to SISO otherwise you're going to loose half however long the break last in paykazardaimenu wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 11:43You can still take half your break at the end of shift just not the whole break.
