Has my parcel made it to Heathrow?

Hi folks,

Hope we’re all keeping well. I sent an International Tracked & Signed package to Moldova which is reasonably high value, hence the stress of not knowing if this has even made it to Heathrow. I’ve sent 20+ tracked and signed internationals over the past 6 months and they’ve all had a scan next morning of item received at a Langley, yet this one doesn’t. Do we think it’s still on the way or gone missing somewhere?

Still no change - anyone have any ideas? I’m hoping it wasn’t scanned and it’s left U.K. but seems unlikely?

There are huge delays at Heathrow because of the perfect storm of Brexit, COVID, reduced flights and the fallout from Christmas.

1 week is not unusual at the moment for leaving the UK scans, especially for Moldova which Royal Mail couldn't dispatch items for a week from 22 - 29 Dec 2020 - that would also have had an impact.

This tracking site does give more details - sometimes - so I would just keep checking it out every so often https://parcelsapp.com/en

Understood - tracking still hasn't budged, my worry was simply that normally I'd have expected an 'item received' at Heathrow scan yet it doesn't appear to even have that, so concerned it may be lost on the way.
