When can I join the pension scheme?

Hi colleagues.

I am a new starter (2 weeks in to the job) and I am struggling to find out any information about the pension scheme. My local manager doesn't know, I have not had a welcome pack as promised, and HR have ignored my emails just telling me to ask my local manager. I want to join the scheme ASAP (It is also important for CSA calculations - some of you will know this!) Is there a qualifying period before I am eligible to join? Many thanks for any help. Paul.

3 months I think. Google royal mail Scottish widows for more info.

My advice is to wait, you will get your paperwork and instructions how to login into your scottish widow account after 3 months in the job.

You will be auto- enrolled into the appropriate pension scheme at the appropriate time. You don't need to action anything ! Sorry, I don't have the specific details you are seeking.
