I opened a dispute with Aliexpress for some craft item I received and they have sent me to a page to start a free return.
Eventually it gave me a RM Tracking Number and underneath that was the address it was going to go back to, which was in the UK. There was a download label button but when I clicked it all I got was one of those QR Code things that you can scan on your smart phone.
Help.
How do I prepare the parcel for return and not have to pay. Do I print out the name and address that appeared a couple of boxes below the tracking number and print the tracking number also on the parcel. Do I print the QR Code thing and stick that to the parcel. What do I do.
It is time critical for some reason I only have 4 days to return it or they will end the dispute in the seller's favour!

In your local delivery office they have a machine that will read the QR code and print the label.
They can then scan the label as accepted by RM and they can also give you proof of posting if you ask for it.
