I'm pretty sure this is the wrong address to send to but I have tried several telephone numbers and had no response. This seems to be my last hope for my dream job.

I recently applied for a position with Royal Mail and received an email stating my application had been received and if any online assessments were needed I would receive a further email.

Today I received an email saying my application was unsuccessful as I did not complete the online assessment. I never received an email with any details.

My application number is 99987

I would be grateful if you could pass this on to the appropriate person or possibly give me details of who I should contact
