Hi,

If a retired pensioner dies, does his partner or wife receive a lump sum
Payment or a percentage of their pension.

What a spouse/partner receives on a pensioners death will depend on which section of the RMPP they were in(A, B or C), and how long they die after the pension first comes into payment.
