I think the short answer to that is no, there isn’t! Not specific to the RM pension anyway. Although there might be some generic calculators on the www.
If you have no joy, then a good old pocket calculator always works for me!
Generally and based on averages, you’ll get more over time by taking the higher pension. But in practice it will depend on various factors, such as:
Commutation rates
Inflation rates
How long you live
What you do with the lump sum and any growth you get from it
