Zurich no letter

I have noticed that I haven't received Zurich latest letter detailing my bonus plan accruals, does anybody know of a link to the website that i can view my account or an email contact ( so I can have an email trail of any communications)

I believe things have been changed but not received anything.

I take a notice of what my plans (flexiplan and bonusplan) are doing on a weekly basis so you can get an up-to-date valuation if you have login details (mine were sent many years ago). Not sure how you go about getting a new login if you have forgotten or lost it

there is also the RMDCP Pension Plan Zurich number on the back of your payslip.

Your first port of call should be the Pensions Service Centre in Sheffield because they administer the RMPP, which AVC's are a part.
