Is my item lost?
Hi, I have a tracked parcel that has been "Ready for Delivery" at my local sorting office since 7am 21st August, but I am yet to receive it, has my item been lost?

Doubt it.
Your best bet is to ring Customer Services and put in an official complaint. Although I wouldn't be surprised if it turns up in the next few days.
