Parcel at Langley
Hi - my daughter has posted me a parcel from London to Australia. International tracking on 31st July. Last tacking information says 2nd August Langley GB. No further information available from either Royal Mail or Australia Post. This is a 60th birthday present & she is extremely upset that it may have been lost. How can I find out where it is????

Its most likely held up in Customs. They are a law unto themselves and whilst they have it neither AusPost or Royal Mail can track it.
Hopefully, it wasn't anything on the banned or restricted list, or them thinking VAT needs paying, all those can and do slow the process up.
