Pension regarding going part time.
Been full time for the last 29 years in the last year ive reduced my hours to part time for family commitments ongoing. Just wondering if so will this have any effect on my pension and what ive built up. Thanks for any comments in advance.

Pension regarding going part time.
Going part time will reduce what you’ve already built up and what you accrue going forward.
It will also mean less money going into your Cash Balance pot or DC pot from April 2018 when the current RMPP closes to future accrual.
I assume your next annual statement(due around September I think) will show the changes.
