Parcel force liars
Parcel force are not good and customer service are bunch of liars I waited for my delivery I was in and the guy came to my block of flats and didn't even bother to ring the bell just left the card outside and left and I have cctv and a witness to prove that then I rang up they just keep promising me it be there tomorrow and guess what never turned up rang them again same thing then another day same thing rang them just more lies and now they telling me to pick it up from 40 miles away but why when I paid for it to be delivered to my house not 40 miles away just a bunch of liars making out its the customers fault

This is neither a ratings site for couriers nor are we Parcel Force ourselves.
We do have people who are members working for Parcelforce though and if you wanted advice, it's not a good way to start by suggesting they are liars.
