Hi there's,
my parcel status on tracking site has been "ON ITS WAY TOGLS CZECH REPUBLIC" from 18/06/17 My tracking number is RN204509721GB. Why is yesterday's update the same again? Why has it been the same for two weeks?

We are not Royal Mail, we are an independent site, so this is just an opinion not an official answer.
It looks like it is stuck in Czech customs. This happens frequently in most countries. There is no way of influencing this. It should arrive eventually as long as there is nothing about the parcel which breaches local customs rules.
